5 Months Old

I am 5 months old today. This morning I was able to stand up in my crib all by myself. However I fell over a few seconds after this picture was taken.

I am also working on sitting up. I can almost do it but I still need a little help.

And before long I’m going to figure this crawling thing out.

What do you call a Baby Kangaroo?

This weekend we stayed at my Aunt Isolde and Kevin's House. We watched my cousins for the weekend so their mom and dad could have a weekend away before baby number 3 comes. On Saturday we got up early and drove to the Outback Kangaroo Farm.

Playing with Great Grandma

On Friday my Great Grandma and I played on the swing set. I love the baby swing, I could go for hours in this thing.

Memorial Day Weekend

I miss my Grandpa today. We had lots of fun this weekend hanging out with Grandpa and Grandma and working around the house. We also took a walk around Richmond Beach and had dinner at Hill's, home of my Mom's favorite hamburger on the westside!

I also got to try sweet potatoes and pears this weekend. Sweet potatoes are my favorite. Mmmm......

This weekend Grandma Clark came over to the house to play with me. We had a lot of fun together!

Summer Here I Come!

Summer arrived today and I am ready to enjoy it! I just need to do a few stretches before I go out in the sun.

Summer Play Date

This week I went to a summer play date with some friends. Because it's still cold and raining here is Seattle we faked the sunshine and just turned up the heat. Hopefully the sun will come out for real soon. The forecast says 85 this weekend! Let's keep our fingers crossed.

I just discovered we have dogs this week. Their names are Duke and Duchess. They like me lots. They hang out in my room all the time. They also like my toys, especially the squeaky ones.

Trip to the Beach

We visited my "dog" Grandma and Grandpa this weekend down at the beach. It was my first overnight trip! They live by Ocean Shores so on Saturday we thought it would be fun to take a drive out to the beach. It was a cold day but the sun did come out.

We spent a lot of time in the car but I did really well. I just slept most of the time.

My New Toy

This week I am big enough to play in my big new toy. I love trying all the new gadgets. I only last few minutes but I love the exercise. My favorite thing to do is make the lion roar.

My First Easter

Sunday March 23, 2008 (11 weeks old)

My first big holiday! We celebrated Easter with the family. In the morning we went to aunt bebee's church and I got to see my big cousins Oliver and Madeline. After that we had a big waffle feast at my house. I was too little to eat any, mom said maybe next year. We got big Easter baskets from the grand parents, had an Easter egg hunt and played chubby bunny. Chubby bunny is a very serious game with marshmallows - Checkout the video clip.

I'm a Wee-bit Irish

My first St Patty's Day was a blast. We went to Seattle for the big St Patty's Day Race. Here I am with my Dad. He is the one wearing the goofy hat. The next day I got to hang with my friends at our playdate.
